Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Otakumart account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original collector's packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
